Marloth Park – Geelvis (completed)

The owner of this development wanted a lock up and go facility to be used as a holiday destination as well as a investment opportunity with Airbnb and Lekeslaap. The property turned out to be so popular and such a good investment the owner hardly gets an opportunity to use it for himself. But he got to pay back his bond over a period of three years!

Marloth Park – Phamula Lodge (completed)

This project is an extension and revamp of a existing development with additional bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen facilities.

Marloth Park – New Project (current)

Due to demand and popularity as a investment opportunity, METERsq offers a one stop turn key solution for investors seeking out highly profitable return on investments within the holiday property environment.

Noordheuwel (completed)

The owner of this property instructed us to design and do a major upgrade on his current property investment. The major focus was to upgrade the house into a entertainment focused property with a inhouse movie theater and games room. The pool area was surrounded with a fire pit and bar/braai area.

Plot 43 Waterval (completed)

The property is on the border of the Krugersdorp Game Reserve. The project was a complete makeover and the existing infrastructure with the view of the Reserve was utilized to create a masterpiece.

Thabazimbi Game Farm (completed)

The South African bush remain a beacon of nature in its purest form. This development is once again proof of our ability to utilize current infrastructure and create something new and unique.

Commercial Offices (completed)

METERsq was commissioned to build and create the financial and administration department at a commercial head office. The complete project from architectural to interior decorating was managed, a turn key solution. Further more the Lindela Centre needed some revamping and upgrades.

Lindela Centre (completed)

METERsq was successful in tendering for major revamping and upgrades needed at the Lindela Repatriation Centre.

Pick and Pay (completed)

Pick and Pay approached METERsq to assist in the design and development of their owner owned SME’s in the local townships. Some of these projects were completed in Cape Town.

Nola Industries – Ouma Rusks Factory Moltino

METERsq was commissioned by one of the SA’s most well known rusk manufacturers to create a new and product driven rusk factory in Moltino situated in the Eastern Cape.
